In line with this vision, the new EU-funded project “ContinueUP” aims to support the effective and continuous development of European teachers throughout their careers, thereby enhancing the appeal of the teaching profession.

Durante este evento de três dias, os parceiros exploraram práticas locais de formação de professores, trabalharam no programa de educação e formação ContinueUp e partilharam conclusões e feedback.

No dia 9 de abril de 2024, a ESMAD em Vila do Conde acolheu o Seminário Europeu sobre Formação Inicial e Contínua de Professores, reunindo especialistas, representantes municipais e educadores para discutir desafios e práticas inovadoras no campo da formação de professores, destacando-se a importância da colaboração e continuidade entre a formação inicial e contínua, e a necessidade de reconhecimento formal da formação contínua na Europa.
