A “Study Visit 2” do projeto Erasmus+ ContinueUp decorreu entre os dias 9 e 11 de abril de 2024, na Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal. Durante este evento de três dias, os parceiros exploraram práticas locais de formação de professores, trabalharam no programa de educação e formação ContinueUp e partilharam conclusões e feedback.

No dia 9 de abril de 2024, a ESMAD em Vila do Conde acolheu o Seminário Europeu sobre Formação Inicial e Contínua de Professores, reunindo especialistas, representantes municipais e educadores para discutir desafios e práticas inovadoras no campo da formação de professores, destacando-se a importância da colaboração e continuidade entre a formação inicial e contínua, e a necessidade de reconhecimento formal da formação contínua na Europa.

Este evento, de grande relevância, integrado do projeto Erasmus+ ContinueUP  (Teacher Academies) reuniu especialistas, representantes municipais e educadores de todo o país para discutir os desafios e as práticas inovadoras no campo da formação de professores.
